What a way to go to work each day! Ferry trip across the magnificent Sydney Harbour to Glebe Island from Darling Harbour daily to attend the
CRAFT & QUILT FAIR. Shame the weather was not kind for that week, however, it did produce a fabulous rainbow over the City of Sydney as seen from Glebe Island venue. A BIG Thank You to Expertise Events, the show organizers, for providing such and, indeed, for another wonderful Show, bigger and better than ever.
I appreciate my friend, Kate, for allowing me to use her great photograph, as I was still inside restocking stands ready for the next day when this occurred. So strategically placed, Mother Nature at her best.
Each morning we ferried across and another friend, Dan, captured the Sydney Harbour Bridge, seemingly on fire with the sun rising behind it.
A few of my own as we travelled in the dreary wet weather. A big THANK YOU to all who braved visiting the Show. Would you believe that Monday, after the Show finished, was a magnificent sunny day? Murphy's Law! We returned on Monday to load our van and trailer and the Harbour virtually glistened in the beautiful sunshine. Couldn't believe it.
I did say the mornings were very gloomy, but look at the cloud formations.

We return to Darling Harbour venue in 2017, so thought you may like to see how the new building is progressing.
Saturday night on Darling Harbour - fireworks at 8.30pm each Saturday. Always a delight.
At the show itself, it was great to have the
TREASURE CHEST this year shared amongst
three lucky winners rather than ALL the donated products from Exhibitors going to just one person. Well done Organizers for listening to our suggestion.
Didn't hear who the winners were but I'm sure these wonderful products will be well received. If you spent $50 at any participating Exhibitor who donated, then you received one ticket for the Lucky Draw.
