One of our customers, Linda Harris, did win one last Saturday at the CraftExpo held in Brisbane at which we were an Exhibitor.  (Also the reason you didn't have a posting here during that week - sooo busy!)

Here is Linda, on the left hand side, receiving her Bernette and another photo of her showing us proudly back at our Punch with Judy Stand.  I asked Linda cheekily, "Did you need it?" to which she replied, "Well, I only have an Elna Lotus which is quite old".  Yes, Linda, you really do deserve it, so that made it even better in my eyes; I was so happy for her. On Sunday, a young boy of about 10 years of age was the proud winner, so make sure you make a Challenge Bag and be in the running next time! John was even a judge on the Friday, so truly, anything is possible.

I will also add that Linda is a very talented craftsperson and does quite extraordinary Punchneedle Embroidery with the Igolochkoy Punchneedles she purchased from us some time ago.  We have one of her masterpieces on the Gallery of our website.  A Camel on the back of her Denim Jacket which she wore to show us a few years ago.  She's about to do another similar one of an elephant in full array of colourful circus-type decoration.





There is an Online Punchneedle Class commencing April 12.
